Community Connection Gift Triennial 2024
House of Hope Kentucky, Inc. offers refuge, guidance and transformation to single, homeless women over the age of 18 who have completed a treatment program for substance abuse. Over the course of two years, residents live in the home, develop individual goals and are personally mentored in order to help them to achieve those goals. The National Board is proud to present House of Hope Kentucky with this Triennial’s Community Connection Gift.
Upon graduation from the program permanent housing assistance is provided to ease residents back into mainstream living. Providing transitional housing to women helps them to develop a sense of community with others who are in recovery. The intimate setting is like a home, not an institution, where women can relearn to lead a healthy lifestyle.
At House of Hope, their goal is transformation: for their residents and ultimately, the community.
