Starter will be: Spa salad – radicchio, spinach, Asian pear, candied pecans, triple-crème Brie, pomegranate dressing
Entree:
- Maple-basted pork loin with garlic mashed potatoes and buttered carrots, topped with cranberry demi-glace
- Mustard-topped North Atlantic salmon with gouda grits and grilled asparagus
- Vegetarian: Asparagus risotto with herb and garlic-roasted baby globe carrots and turnips, and shaved asparagus and parsnip salad, topped with English pea puree
Dessert will be: Chocolate-hazelnut tart with passion fruit curd, chocolate sauce, passion crispies
A cash bar will also be available.
Distinguished Women Luncheon

Distinguished Woman recognition is given at every ECW Triennial Meeting. The Distinguished Women for the 2015-2018 triennium will be recognized at a luncheon to be held on July 8, 2018 in conjunction with the General Convention in Austin, Texas.
Starter will be: Traditional Caesar salad (crisp romaine, garlic croutons, parmesan, creamy Caesar dressing)
Entree:
- Oven-roasted chicken breast, mushroom-spiked ancient grains, tomatoes and braised broccolini, citrus jus
- Vegetarian – Layered eggplant, seasonal vegetables and crisp basil
- Vegetarian/Gluten-free
Dessert will be: Cheesecake with lemon curd and berry compote
A professional photographer will be present to capture the special moments for each woman being honored. Photos will be available for purchase a short time after Triennial meeting.
Texas Night Backyard BBQ
Come and enjoy a traditional Texas BBQ. We will gather under trees and celebrate God’s gift to life.
