The Board of the National Episcopal Church Women is pleased to be working with Dennis Clark, a Professional Registered Parliamentarian (PRP). Dennis, who will also serve as parliamentarian for Triennial Meeting, has been a credentialed member of the National Association of Parliamentarians for 41 years, making him one of the most experienced members of that association. In addition to twice serving as president of the Texas State Association of Parliamentarians, numerous groups have benefited from his expertise as parliamentarian, professional presider, bylaws consultant and mediator.

A retired teacher (23 years), paralegal (13 years), and amateur baseball umpire (25 years), Dennis is now a full-time parliamentarian, author, and consultant. Among his clients is the Episcopal Diocese of Texas.
