The Episcopal Church is divided into nine provinces. These provinces serve as the regional entities that oversee all dioceses and local Church business.  In total, there are 110 dioceses spread across seventeen countries. Provinces one through eight comprise the United States. Province two and eight also include areas outside of the U.S. Province nine is composed of Latin America.

The Episcopal Church Women, ECW, are represented in all provinces and most dioceses. The National Episcopal Church Women is the national level board that is elected each Triennial meeting which coincides with the Episcopal Church’s General Convention.
