Women of Vision is a scripturally-based leadership development program created in 1987, updated in 2005. The National ECW Board is offering this program for your local use in a self-service format. The program may be used as you see fit for church groups or secular organizations (from ECW Boards to Vestries to Scout Groups to School classrooms).

The modules may be used as separate units or any combination of modules to fit your group’s needs. You may choose to only present one module or the program in its entirety over an extended time period such as Lent or a weekend retreat.
